CUSTOMER hereby acknowledges that it will comply with, and will cause its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS to comply with, all United States export control laws and regulations, that CUSTOMER bears sole responsibility for any export of certain commodities and technical data and any violation of such laws and regulations by itself or its AFFILIATES or SUBCONTRACTORS. CUSTOMER and its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS will indemnify, defend, and hold LKQ ONLINE harmless for any consequences of any such violation.
