Individual top loaders can be requested prior to ordering and requires upgraded shipping.
• We do not provide partial refunds due to incorrect USPS "postage due" claims. If the package arrives, it's up to the buyer to dispute or cover with USPS any postage due their local USPS may be incorrectly requesting as we can not call your local USPS.
