- I bought this as a way to power my more power hungry speakers but the switch continues to bother me so I’m parting with it and will be shopping for something I like more. The previous owner made some modifications. This is normally an unswitched amp but they installed a power switch so they could turn it on and off. It’s quite possibly in the worst spot imaginable but it does work as it should. The power cord is also not original. Despite these mods the unit performs exactly how it should, and it’s awesome. I just can’t stand the way it looks with that switch. So this would be a perfect power amp if that doesn’t bother you or if you have a closet system. The glass was also gone before I owned this.
