- One of my favorite concerts in the golden era of rock music .I saw them on the second show 0n Saturday the 25th of October 1970 .Eric was hot that night but stumbled musically he was staying at the Henry Hotel in those day's so it was not surprising Great show very intense ,will never forget it Having seen Clapton in 68 with Cream and again in 69 with Blind Faith I was able to say this was the best show I ever saw him play. Why Does love Have To be So Sad, Got to Get Better In A Little While are top notch, Tell The Truth is stellar and a great version of Have You Ever Loved A Woman. Great memories of a great weekend nearly 55 years ago. This title is a hard one to find from the pre 1999 catalogue and a must for Clapton fans
