    • Dillon Precision RL450 progressive reloading press. In good overall condition. Recently cleaned and greased. Press functions as it should. Shell plate spins and indexes correctly. Has a #1 shell plate installed. Includes one powder die and powder drop. It is missing several pieces to make it fully functional as a progressive system. No priming system, powder actuation is incomplete, no lid for powder drop. Because of that I’m listing it as “For Parts, not Working”. Please ask any and all questions. No returns.
