- Looks to be complete but Im not sure because I know nothing about these.I didn't open the plastic bags so they are still sealed.One part that I did see that looks to be broken is the black clamp piece that holds the wire shaft.Looks like one side is broken off and missing.And the on off switch would not move when I tried to switch it.I didn't want to force it so I left it alone.I do not know what it needs to launch. I found a date of 2006 on the side of the box....Selling as is.
