- Front Installation 1. Raise the front of the vehicle and securely support it onjack stands or a lift. 2. Remove the front wheels. 3. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle. 4. Disconnect the sway bar link form the control arm. 5. Remove the wheel speed sensor wiring bracket from the back of the steering knuckle. 6. Remove the wheel speed sensor from the hub. 7. Leaving the brake line connected, remove the brakecaliper and securely support it out of the way. 8. Disconnect the upper ball joint from the steering knuckle. .
