The right of withdrawal can be exercised, as required by Directive 85/577/EEC, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product by registered mail or express courier. If the product is returned with damaged tampered seals or packaging / blisters, a sum between 30% and 50% will be reduced by the reimbursement.
