Shipping
Items will be shipped with tracking number within 3 business days after receiving cleared payments. Standard shipping goes through PostNL and UPS, for other options please contact us.
Tracking number will be sent to buyers email. International buyers are responsible for taxes and customs clearing costs.
Payment and invoices
Invoices are without tax (margin invoice). Please NOTE: If you want an invoice, provide us your company information, contact information (Email, Tax nr /USt-IdNr , etc) within 1 week of purchase. This is the buyers responsibility.
Returns
Returns accepted within 2 weeks of arrival, for equipment that isn't functional. This is limited to items powering up, and does not calibrations, maintenance or other small issues.
No returns for products no longer needed, or accidental purchases.
