- Land Rover Viscous Fan Holding Tool to fit: TDV6 Discovery 3 and TDV6 Range Rover Sport Models. TD5 Discovery and TD5 Defender models. The Holding tool fits on to the 3 bolts of the fan pulley on a TDV6 or the two-holed end fits over the 2 pulley bolts of a TD5 engine. This tool is used to hold the Viscous fan pulley whilst a second spanner is then used to undo the viscous fan hub nut. Made from 6mm steel and zinc plated for longlife finish. .
