- If you are using a 4k Ultra HD Blu Ray player to play regular Blu Rays
or DVD's please update your firmware on your player. Remember that even
if your player is brand new it was probably manufactured over a year
ago so the firmware is more than likely out of date. Some regular Blu
Ray and DVD can have issues playing on 4k Ultra HD Players even though
there is no issue with the disc. If your player is connected to the
internet you should be able to go to Settings then Support then Software
Update then click Update Now and that will update your player to the
current firmware and fix any issues you may be having. If this is
different just look up the steps for your Make and Model of player.
Also, as stated below any digital copies are not guaranteed and may have
been
previously redeemed. We have not personally redeemed them but have not
verified to see if they are valid therefore there is NO guarantee on any
digital copies or digital copy discs. Some of the Combo packs do not
have the DVD's included as well please see the pictures for the actual
discs you will receive.This item is used in Good Condition. The case and artwork may have some damage from age, use, or moisture and are NOT in new condition. The discs are all in good condition. They may not be perfect and have small scratches but nothing that will prevent them from playing as they should. Please see all pictures for actual condition of the item you will receive.
