Albert Ditson Baker (1870-1954) was a Memorable Manitoban. Born at Batteaux, Ontario on 13 May 1870, son of Charles and Catherine Baker, he was educated at Collingwood (Ontario), Toronto, and Chicago (Illinois). He came to Winnipeg in 1905 where he lectured in French and German at St. John’s College for 40 years. He served on the staff of the Western Bible College for 20 years and co-founded the Beulah Church in St. Vital.
CONDITION: Good with general moderate wear. Some passages throughout text have been lightly underlined with pencil; several hand-written notes on inside back endpage. No smoke or other odor. Not ex-library.
