From the library of astronomer William Tifft of the University of Arizona, whose research into galaxies and red shifts was notable. His discovery and controversial interpretation of the quantization of galaxy red shifts brought attention to his research and publications. Tifft was also an early proponent of astronomy from space, as realized today by the Hubble and James Webb space telescopes.
The book includes a paper by Tiffy largely summarizing his observational work concerning redshift quantization.
