From what I can tell this does not affect viewability, and it certainly does not affect operation. Because of this, item is being sold as is for parts and repair, item was not thoroughly tested, All buttons do appear to work as intended, the number two shows excessive signs of wear. The battery compartment is clean and free from battery leakage. No batteries included with this sale.
