- This is an incredible unit built like a tank in the 80's (Phillips I believe and rebadged Magnavox here). Physically and cosmetically this example is in very good to great condition. Mechanically it loads and plays (takes its time at least compared to today's units) but the sound is distorted. I'm not sure the cause. You can hear, but not clearly...thought at first it was a grounding issue but no ground wire. Anyway, with a bit of TLC this will be a great part of someone's collection. Sold AS IS for REPAIR. NO RETURNS. very heavy.
