By default, we use Economy shipping, but if you prefer to receive your order faster, you can choose other options such as Standard shipping or Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx). To ensure that your order will be delivered safely and quickly, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address when you make your purchase. Please keep in mind that it's not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time frames are as follows:
- Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 25-45 days. - Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 20-35 days. - Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided. Delivery time is faster than other options.

We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the day you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us first immediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon your request. Please include the original receipt in your return package or add a note with your eBay username. Refund will be done according to the following condition.
- All items must be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing). We will only refund after receiving the returned product and deduct the shipping cost and 10% of restocking fees.
- The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and the whole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). In case of any defects found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason for return.
- If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping costs, customs fees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.
- After we receive the returned product, a Refund will be done.
